Patrick and I are parents to six by both birth and adoption (ages 14-23). Our open-door policy has blessed us with lots of honorary family members along the way. As an Enneagram Coach, Safe and Sound Practitioner, and Empowered to Connected parent trainer, I love helping families laugh more and yell less. I hate cleaning and love extra crispy french fries.
